What a silly post in retrospect. It's a heavy-hitting news item, and I don't assume that no one reads the news. I just got excited; that's all. So how about adding a little meat:
I propose that this is a media ruse to keep the company's shroud of mystery in tact. In actuality, Steve is practicing the life-extending technique of caloric restriction. And I bet he's getting his head cryogenically frozen when he does die. That's if he hasn't been cloned already. Current clone is the nano version? Yikes...

I would suggest that Steve Jobs has been an android since his death in 1996. He's currently in Tokyo, getting his neural-net upgraded to version 3.7 and having his bio-batteries refreshed.
